We are a full service dental laboratory. Head over to our services page where you can see specifically what we offer. If you are looking for something that isn’t listed, please feel free to contact us and we can discuss whether we can meet your needs.
We are based in Ilkeston, which is situated between Nottingham and Derby, in the East Midlands.
If your practice is based locally, we offer a daily collection and delivery service.
If your practice isn’t based locally, we send all our lab work using Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery, always ensuring a prompt and timely delivery.
If you are local, you can phone our team before 10am on the day you would like us to receive your lab work and we will come and collect from you.
If you aren’t local to us, you can send your lab work using our prepaid Royal Mail postage label found on our resources page.
We can also receive all lab work digitally. You can connect with us via a number of different digital platforms or if you prefer, you can head over to our Upload STL page and attach any digital scans and lab instructions here.
This depends on the lab work we receive from you. As a general rule of thumb, we kindly ask for the following:
Prosthetics – 5 working days between each stage. For chrome dentures, we kindly ask for up to two weeks between the bite and try stage due to the additional time our technicians need to design the metal frame-work and to then get the metal frame-work made.
Crown and Bridge – 5 working days for Private Zirconia cases, 10 working days for NHS/Standard Zirconia cases, porcelain bonded to metal cases and Emax cases.
Implant Crowns – 10 working days.
Retainers and Soft Splints – 5 working days.
