Our analogue dentures are manufactured using high-impact acrylic, providing increased strength, durability, and resistance to fracture. We use only high-quality denture teeth, selected for their natural aesthetics, colour stability, and wear resistance. This ensures a balanced combination of comfort, longevity, and lifelike appearance for every prosthesis.

Alongside traditional methods, we offer modern digital denture solutions, including 3D printed dentures and milled dentures. Using intraoral scans or digitised impressions, our technicians design dentures digitally using advanced CAD software. This allows for precise control of tooth position, occlusion, flange contours, and aesthetics before manufacturing begins.

Milled dentures are produced from pre-polymerised acrylic discs, resulting in exceptional strength, accuracy, and fit. These dentures offer reduced porosity, improved hygiene, and enhanced patient comfort. 3D printed dentures provide a highly efficient and cost-effective solution, particularly suitable for rapid turnaround cases or transitional prosthetics, while still delivering reliable fit and function.

Digital denture workflows also allow for case reproducibility, making future remakes or replacements faster and more consistent.

We manufacture chrome cobalt dentures using advanced digital design and laser sintering technology. Each chrome framework is digitally designed to ensure optimal clasp placement, support, and retention while minimising bulk. Digital design improves accuracy and patient comfort, allowing for better adaptation to soft tissues and remaining dentition.

Frameworks are produced using laser sintering, resulting in highly accurate, strong, and lightweight chrome dentures. This method delivers excellent fit and structural integrity, reducing the need for adjustments and improving long-term performance.

For patients seeking a metal-free alternative, we offer flexible dentures that are digitally designed and precision milled. These dentures provide excellent comfort, flexibility, and aesthetics, with clasps that blend naturally with the surrounding tissues. Digital design ensures consistent thickness, accurate fit, and predictable results.

Flexible dentures are an ideal option for partial dentures where comfort and appearance are a priority, and their digitally milled construction enhances durability and fit compared to traditional injection-moulded techniques.
